Secure Client Portal
To protect your information and ensure privacy, we use a secure client portal powered by SmartVault.
Through the portal, you can safely upload documents, access shared files, and communicate securely with our team. All files are encrypted and stored in compliance with industry security standards.
How It Works
- Click the Client Portal Login button below
- Sign in using the email invitation you received from us
- Upload your documents to the Uploads folder assigned to you
If you have not received portal access yet, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Upload Guidelines
– Please upload documents only to the Uploads folder.
– Accepted file types: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, XLS (or customize).
– For faster processing, include your name and project in the file name
(example: Smith_Tax_2024_W2.pdf).
Security & Privacy
Your documents are protected using secure encryption and access controls.
Only authorized users can view your files, and each client’s information is kept completely separate.
